- Inform lead agent on all client communications
- Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers
- Regularly assure buyer clients that lead agent is involved and informed – Promote the team concept
- Close buyer clients to written offers to purchase
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Strong desire and determination to succeed
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Does not mind spending a large amount of time driving
