  • Consult with clients in order to learn their real estate goals, find properties that meet their needs, write listing agreements and manage the client relationship through closing and beyond.
  • Follow-up with leads through phone calls, e-mail and text communication.
  • Manage incoming and existing leads with the use of a state of the art CRM system.
  • Hold and attend open houses regularly on weekends (and weekdays) on behalf of seller clients and secure unrepresented buyers who need a great real estate agent.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from an established and well-known industry professional, best in class business coaches and other team-oriented professionals.
  • Current Real Estate License
  • At least 2 years related real estate experience
  • Familiarity with Queens, NY and the surrounding real estate market
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people
  • Displays a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Organized, resourceful and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on time management
  • Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Weekend and evening hours required
$100,000+ commission at plan
