As a Sales Manager you will need to build, lead and coach a team of 8 to 12 agents focused on Residential Real Estate in your territory. Your mission is to create a team of incredible sales people, highly motivated by success. The more they win, the more you win, and the more the company grows.
To help you in your mission we will develop a sales methodology, set clear goals, give you the tools, guidance, and resources needed to set you up for success. We expect you to strive to become the best sales manager in the market. We want to see you build a phenomenal sales culture, apply our methodology, improve on it, set clear goals for your team, and hold them accountable.

Experience - Proven experience in customer relationship management.
Result generation - You will be responsible for attaining the gross margin goals agreed upon for your territory.
Metrics – Recognize and track active and reactive KPIs for your team.
Recruitment and Retention – Identify, attract, and retain top producing agents who will become assets to the team in term of results and culture.
Training and coaching – Teaching our methodology to create and energize sales professionals.
Inspire – Lead productive team meetings, conduct one on ones, share insight across the team, celebrate success.
Adapt - With a high level of autonomy, you need to stay up-to-date with best practices and ready to adapt quickly and effectively.
Be a leader – Effectively communicate with colleagues about challenges and successes. Expect the best of everyone and yourself.
