The minimum goal for our agents is to close on 25 homes a year, whereas the Long Island average is 2 deals a year!

This opportunity is unlike any other real estate team opportunity you are likely to run across. If you are aggressive and dynamic we have an amazing opportunity for you! We have more qualified leads than we can handle therefore we need you! 100% of leads are paid for and provided by the Team! 

  • Consult with clients from initial contact through contract to close (coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator).
  • Self driven and wants to help other people in order to help themselves.
  • Seeks personal and professional development through the team's education and training platforms. 
  • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner. 
  • Work with buyers to identify their purchase criteria and show them homes that match their needs.
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience.
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process.

  • You must be licensed or in school to be licensed as a real estate agent on Long Island. 
  • Must be success driven, hard working and willing to not settle for the ordinary. 
  • Be aggressive, competitive, and a high performer who is a persuasive, outgoing people­ person. 
  • Be able to handle 50+ leads per month and follow our systems and procedures to close transactions. Of course we train you how.
  • A professional appearance is essential as well as being proficient with a computer.

You must also be prepared to uphold our company Core Values which are:

This is a commission based position that has no ceiling on income and where first year earnings typically land right around $60,000 ­- $120,000.
