Compensation: Commission based only with an immediate pipeline

• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

• Overseeing marketing preparation appointments, including listing photography, floorplan, and/or videography
• Scheduling, conducting, or preparing coverage for open houses on weekends regularly
• Showing the property to clients and interested parties on behalf
• Coordinating access for showings
• Ensuring the space appears showing-ready before showings and upon leaving the premises
• Collecting and populating the feedback to track appointments taken

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Present yourself in a professional manner

1 year of real estate sales experience

Over 45 years of combined real estate experience, top-producing real estate broker team.
