  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

  • Contact clients from your sphere and set appointments with them
  • Show and sell homes that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients
  • Host open houses and educate buyers while converting those who aren't working with another agent
  • Coordinate with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule property showings in a timely manner
  • Understand buyers’ refined criteria in order to select additional homes to show, as necessary, and which property is the best fit for the buyer clients
  • Adapt and select new properties based upon buyer’s changing criteria 
  • Educate buyers about the real estate market, local communities, construction/remodeling, and neighborhoods to be able to assist clients with the home buying decision-making process
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure a smooth process and client satisfaction
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections and walkthroughs with clients and vendors 
  • Promptly return all buyer client calls, texts, and emails to uphold our group’s core values

  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Active Virginia, Maryland, and/or DC real estate license
  • Fearless ability to reach out to people over the phone and set appointments
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific software
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
