Our Sales Manager will help take our productive agents to another level by delivering dynamic training, analyzing data around lead indicators, and supporting our team members both inside and outside the sales arena.

The Sales Manager’s role is to oversee, support, and train the agents within the company on the buy and sell-side, as well as in the day-to-day behaviors that lead to success. You will be responsible for interacting with the agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase their conversion rates, and keeping them accountable for their goals (both team and personal). Additional responsibilities will include recruiting from inside and outside the industry, reporting and optimizing profitability, and working closely with leadership to push forward initiatives that are in line with the vision and key goals of the organization.

This is not a helper position. The person we want to hire for this role is driven but FUN, is coachable, and an implementer who is not afraid to put in the necessary work. You will be an integral part of the company and will help us become the #1 real estate team in all of Florida! We are looking for someone who is:

Compensation for this role depends on experience and will consist of a base salary, recruiting/performance bonuses, residual income, rev share based on production from recruited agents. 

A successful SALES MANAGER will be able to develop a strong 6-figure income in the first year. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training, consulting, and holding team associates accountable
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales metrics and reporting results
  • Devising, implementing, and delivering high-level sales skills training
  • Managing team systems and supporting team associates so that they meet team standards

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service

Compensation
$125,000 + at plan commisison
