This is a salaried position with a nice monthly bonus based on performance on listings taken and overall team performance. We are seeking someone that has had experience as a Buyer's Agent and Listing Agent, plus knows how to run a business or can see themselves running a team with a proven system. You will have a small team that will help you, but you must be great at executing ideas and not waiting for others to complete their role first.

You will be assisting by performing various functions of the business to help the team grow.

This won't be a 40-hour job but realistically looking at 60-65 hours on average. If you cannot work after 6 pm or on weekends under any circumstance please do not apply. We have a lot of business and I expect a lot because I run multiple businesses which you can also learn from and be part of.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
  • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
  • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing

  • Oversee the 2 buyer's agents to help promote higher volume.
  • Implement new marketing ideas to grow the team.
  • Assist in running the Team when Team Leader requires assistance.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Currently licensed in real estate
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
  • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
  • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
Compensation
$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
