Responsibilities
  • Train team members on open house best practices
  • Network to source new business as needed
  • Respond to all listing leads/requests
  • Provide listing presentations for leads
  • Be able to handle all aspects of MLS
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Always has a professional demeanor
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Strong ability to communicate through both forms of oral and written communication
  • Ability to convert lead inquiries to appointments with strong phone skills
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficently
