Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge consulting and a world-class seller experience.
  • Continually prospect and network to source new business.
  • Rapidly and consistently respond to inbound online seller/buyer lead calls, emails and web requests.
  • Work closely with buyer's agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Community outreach to establish yourself and Intero Real Estate Services as community leaders and make a meaningful impact on your clients and our community at large.
  • Receive and review all Offer to Purchase contracts submitted by buyers or buyers’ agents.
  • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.).

  • Professional in demeaner, attitude and appearance.
  • Driven to contribute, with a serious and committed approach to personal and professional growth.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Strong negotiation skill and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Excellent presentation skills, extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • History of success as team leader/player who thrives working with a cohesive team where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • History of success as a key team leader/member.
Compensation
$100,000+ commission at plan
