The Franklin Team is looking for a Licensed Realtor to assistant two top producing agents. An ideal candidate would be someone very organized, who is comfortable supporting a real estate transaction, has great communication and customer service skills over the phone and email.

This position will have a base salary with a bonus structure.

401K company match is available after 1 year of service.

  • Support Agents Through the Transaction Cycle
  • Generate CMAs
  • Prepare Documents for Agents
  • Write Contracts
  • Summarize Incoming Offers
  • Manage Showing Feedback
  • Track/Submit Agents’ Monthly Expenses
  • Create Send Out Cards for Database
  • Work Collaboratively with Franklin Team Staff to Support Agents
  • Follow Up with Leads and Input Notes in CRM
  • Manage Agents’ Calendars
  • Other Miscellaneous Clerical Duties


  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, MLS, Zip Forms is a plus
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Positive Attitude
  • Proactive
  • Driven
  • Social Media experience is a plus
  • Active Texas Real Estate License Required

$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
