Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent

Heroes Homes is looking for a full-time licensed real estate agent to join our culture. I understand that you may be currently working at a brokerage, or maybe you are a newer agent just getting started. Perhaps you’ve been in the industry for a couple of years and are motivated to find success, but you find yourself lacking the kind of resources, income, and opportunities that will get you there.

For some, this can be painful. In fact, a lack of sufficient opportunities, time, systems, money, and structure leads to many agents leaving the industry too soon. Half of all agents in the country do zero or one deal per year. Nobody can survive or thrive on those numbers.

People have no idea whether they will see another paycheck after their next contract. If you don’t find the training and support to make your real estate career lucrative, you’ll have to go back to your regular 9-to-5 job and get off of the real estate rollercoaster.

The truth is, some agents just aren’t prepared for the industry. They lack the discipline or the education to succeed long term. However, on my team, we ensure that our agents are given the tools, systems, training, and support they need to be successful and reach their goals.

  • Prepare comparative market research analysis to establish a realistic asking price
  • Stage the property to make it appealing to buyers
  • Photograph the property, inside and out
  • List the property on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Advertise real estate properties to gain the attention of prospective buyers
  • Supervise and/or schedule property showings and open house events
  • Coordinate and oversee open houses
  • Arrange meetings with prospective buyers
  • Interview buyers to understand what they’re looking for in a new property
  • Negotiate property repair requests and offers on behalf of the buyer
  • Guide buyer through the closing process


  • Currently hold a real estate license (or actively studying to get one)
  • Valid driver's license and car to go on appointment set for you
  • Attending optional weekly training to improve your skills (in-office or online)
  • Past track record of successful real estate transactions
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, strong work ethic, and productive
