We are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents who are passionate about making the home buying experience as great as it should be. We are looking for consultative salespeople to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Learn from other agents so you can develop a successful and long-term career
  • Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year in order to effectively increase your client base
  • Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria and increase closed transactions
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those desires
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients your best service and best advice
  • Attend daily team huddles and prospecting sessions for new and ongoing business
  • Plan showings, show houses and close deals!


Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Always be positive – putting your best foot forward
  • Communicate clearly both written and verbally
  • Some weekend and evening hours are required
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
Compensation
$75,000+ at plan commission

Eric Robb grew up in upstate New York and took his hospitality and management skills as a professional chef into Real Estate in 2014. In 2015 he sold $12 million dollars worth of real estate and helped 48 clients sell or purchase a home. 

Hanging his chef’s hat paid off - in 2016 Eric moved into a leadership role as the Buyer Team Director for one of the largest real estate teams in the country. After growing his buyer team from 240 transactions to 520 within an 18-month time span, Eric decided to branch out on his own and form Robb Realty Group. 

In early 2017, Robb Realty Group was formed. Today, the team is proud to be ranked nationally in the top 2% for BHHS.
