Our team is growing and we are looking to add a few more agents with experience or who are wiling to do the work to become a top producer. Specifically, we are in need of agents in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach to handle listings. We have an exclusivity with the largest real estate website in the market in which we get exclusive leads on a daily basis. You must have experience listing homes, or we can discuss being a Buyer's Agent and eventually transitioning to be part of the listing team for our team.

We use Boomtown as a CRM. You must be computer savvy and coachable. We offer Tom Ferry coaching to all of our team members, training for scripts, Zillow coaching, Boomtown coaching and a mentor to work with for the first 6-12 months. We have inside marketing for high-end homes and to brand yourself, we have a director of operations, team manager and a team leader both with over 18 years of experience in the luxury market and the sweet-spot of homes between $200,000 - $800,000.

You must be willing to make calls during training, using mojo dialer, circle prospecting around our inventory, be willing to do mega open houses, and undergo the on-boarding process of training prior to receiving our hot leads.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with continuing education and training, a dedicated administrative and marketing staff and a team who always have each other’s backs. If you’re ready to elevate your career then we look forward to reviewing your resume and application.


Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 at plan commission, first year earnings. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing to lead to quick sales
  • Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing
  • Stage, price and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Fast thinker and proactive
  • Self-motivated and self sufficient
  • Embraces a team-focused environment
