Responsibilities
  • Practice and master scripts and presentations.
  • Lead generate to build pipeline and database.
  • Go on team generated appointments booked for you.
  • Consistently follow-up with pipeline and database.
  • Show houses.
  • Take listings.
  • Negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
  • Must Have Real Estate License.
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies.
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals.
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations.
Compensation
$70,000 - $150,000
