As a Real Estate Sales Agent on our team, you’ll guide our buyer and seller client through each step of the home purchase or sale process. You’ll provide initial consultations to identify our clients’ criteria for a new home or condo. For our clients who are first-time home buyers, you’ll help them better understand the key milestones in the purchase process. You’ll implement property searches, conduct showings, perform market analyses, draft and negotiate offers to purchase, and serve as your clients’ advocate and adviser through the day of closing.

The Real Estate Agent grows their personal database, both by working their sphere of influence, past clients and closing leads provided by the Hub to appointments. The Hogan Group provides extensive training/ongoing coaching, leads(internet and other sources), a top notch CRM, local IDX website designed to help you close more business, transaction coordination services, ISA services and more. Responsibilities

  • Provide world class customer service to buyers and sellers. 
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. 
  • Convert leads from customers to clients. 
  • Identify homes that meet buyer’s criteria and have a flexible schedule. 
  • Assist sellers with correctly pricing their homes and obtaining the highest price while providing excellent customer service. 
  • Write and negotiate contracts for clients. 
  • Effectively communicate with management and team. 
  • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month. 
  • Call, convert, prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads per month. 
  • Hold open houses regularly. 
  • Enjoy working with buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license will be required.
  • Drive and initiative to make $100,000 to $150,000+ income (Our top agents make $175,000+).  
  • Experience with CRM/database management systems preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. 
  • Superior time management skills. 
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast paced team and environment. 
  • High level of motivation to succeed. 
  • Ability to learn and adapt to scripts and dialogues.

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan
