Use your knowledge and skills to build your real estate career from the ground up in this administrative position supporting the broker and working closely with buyers and sellers to coordinate transactions, maintain customer databases, and provide support with marketing projects.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of real estate experience at the front desk of a real estate office, as a real estate transaction coordinator, or as a real estate agent who seeks to gain the skills to have a highly successful career.   • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
  • Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
  • Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the broker
  • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker
  • Function as the main point contact for the principal broker

  • Utilize the MLS, Skyslope, and other real estate programs to enter and update listings and monitor client transactions to close
  • Maintain client databases to support marketing projects and lead generation
  • Maintain and update status reports for sales activity and marketing projects

  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Can work on deadline and handle private client information
$18 - $20 hourly commission+bonus
