This position is solely based on assisting all of our agents in all aspects of our listings and social media!

Join one of the area's most successful real estate brokerages as a Listing Manager/Social Media Marketing Manager, where you'll amaze our agents and clients with your abilities!

You'll be overseeing a high volume of real estate transactions and helping out with general office duties.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for an experienced professional with experience closing multiple residential resale transactions in a high volume office.

You'll be salaried with regular office hours from our office in Homer Glen, IL.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
  • Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes

  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
  • Faithfully use and improve team systems and embrace team expectations
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules
  • Schedule and coordinate the closing process
  • Ensure all contact information is correct in the client database system
  • Assist in answering office phones and routing inbound calls
  • General office duties as needed

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A real Estate License is required

Compensation
$50,000+ at plan+ plus bonus
