The Anderson Real Estate Group is looking for someone licensed (active California Salesperson license), with previous experience in outbound sales. If you want to make a great income, are highly driven and self-motivated, we'd love for you to join our team!
This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads and cold calling) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.
Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities as well as overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
Your goal is to set qualified listing and buyer appointments for our agents.
It is important that you understand and read people. Emotional intelligence, as well as drive, is a MUST!
This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact with the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
This job will require mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation ranging up to $70,000+ or more! It all depends on your sales success!
