We are seeking someone that has had experience as a Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Office Admin, and Marketing, to join our top producing office with amazing 5-star reviews online. You will have a team that will help you, but you must be great at executing ideas and not waiting for others to complete their role first.


You will be assisting by performing various functions of the business to help the team grow, which include working with listings, buyers, leadership, and assisting in marketing.

Typical hours will be Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm, with on-call evenings and erratic weekend needs as well, but bonuses will help make that easier to deal with. This won't be a 40-hour job but realistically looking at 50-55 hours on average. If you cannot work after 6 pm or on weekends under any circumstance please do not apply. Responsibilities
  • Help build relationships with clients and input into database.
  • Consider yourself a "business development" key player for team.
  • Oversee and assist homeowners with the listing process and delegate tasks to proper personnel
  • Assist certain key buyers with their home search and work in harmony with team lead to show them homes and close them.
  • Create detailed written information to be included in marketing materials
  • Provide follow up service to clients and prospects
  • Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties. Involves meeting with seller's as well.
  • Collaborate with team to produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
  • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed for compliance, while doing it in the best service oriented way,
  • Search for properties for in-house buyers and keep them engaged during the process, as well as show them properties.
  • Watch out for potential issues with team's clients and help review issues and progress to assure a 5 star transaction.
  • Assisting in preparing upcoming listings for market, plus other paperwork needed.
  • Assist team lead with investment projects by checking on progress of remodeling, projects of draw requests, and scouting for indicated properties.
  • Always seek ways to make yourself valuable to our clients to create raving clients!
  • Be a valuable role in growing our small team.
  • Be responsible for providing a high level of service, follow up, and nurture potential clients
  • Engage with clients by providing useful and insightful information about their transaction
  • Oversee marketing, and set plan regarding social media, direct-mail, webpage, new home marketing, etc. 
  • Create reports to track business and all sales activity using Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • MUST have several years real estate experience.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and extremely dependable.
  • Must be a licensed real estate salesperson
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Compensation
$70,000 -$85,000 yearly
