As a Buyers Agent, you will specialize in the buying experience (Building trust and rapport) as a dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced real estate expert. You will engage new buyers, implement buyer consultations, represent them exclusively, and be a local expert, helpful, and dependable. In doing so, you will implement exceptional customer service and impart market data to assist buyers in formulating educated decisions together.

• Engage new buyers and cultivate those contacts into clients
• Guide the buyers through the buying process
• Provide unbiased representation to clients
• Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of the Team Lead
• Actively promote and engage with other team agents to grow market share and positive team reputation

• A Licensed real estate agent
