Responsibilities
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer. 
  • Create documents such as agency representation contracts, and purchase agreements.
  • Market properties as either a buyers agent or a sellers agent.
  • Participate in open houses and networking activities to enhance your sales.
  • Negotiate purchase offers with buyers and sellers agents.
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers. 
  • Place calls to your database on a daily basis to keep your sales pipeline full.
  • Treat each day as a learning experience.

Qualifications
  • A Real Estate license is required or currently working toward your license.
  • Administrative and clerical skills needed to manage and maintain files.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to set appointments over the phone when speaking with prospects.
  • Think creatively and focus on finding new solutions to help home buyers and sellers achieve their goals through effective communication and negotiation with other brokers.
