A No Commission Real Estate Brokerage with over a Thousand realtors is seeking a Real Estate Broker or Lawyer to assist the managing broker in the operation and management of the business as well as expanding to other states.

The financial side of the business which is the most concerning and time-consuming part of the broker's time is all handled separately through virtual staff and is outside the scope of work.

The job is to maintain our high level of responsiveness to our realtors as their numbers are increasing. Our present system is responsive to most situations, however, there are instances that require answers and input only from an experienced broker or a lawyer.

Also to oversee our other offices in Aventura, Miami Beach, Weston, and West Palm Beach are operating efficiently.

• Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law

• Grow the business by marketing and recruiting new realtors
• Respond to issues that our Realtors may have above and beyond what is already and clearly explained in -our system and further supported by our virtual assistants
• Once a month or more, visit our four other offices in Miami Beach, Weston, Aventura, and West Palm Beach
• Assist the broker to plan and execute the company's growth to other states
• Management of the financial aspect of the business is totally managed by virtual assistants
• Training of various aspects of the Real Estate business is provided by in-house or invited speakers and we have a large inventory of Podcast on a variety of subjects to keep our agents well informed and incentivize

• Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
