Your job title: Executive Assistant/Chaos Coordinator/Conductor of the Crazy Train 

The perfect candidate is someone who thrives in a world that requires wearing several different hats. This position is part sales, part showing assistant, part social marketing, part database management, and administrative functions for Brandon Howe (team leader). Our team of top performing agents will sell 350+ homes in 2020. 

We are looking for someone that is HUNGRY, HUMBLE AND SMART, HAS A CERTAIN SWAG AND PROFESSIONAL MATURITY! HIGH ENERGY, OPTIMISM AND READY TO HAVE FUN! 

This position would be directly involved with business and clients which usually encompasses around 60-70 transactions annually. You would be involved in assisting Brandon and personally interacting with buyer and seller clients through all phases of the transaction. 

This role would consistently move from one type of task to another with ease and accomplishing each one perfectly. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys getting in the trenches and working on the day to day activities of operations as well as assisting others to achieve team success.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct showings
  • Write and negotiate contracts 
  • Attend home inspections
  • Attend final walkthroughs 
  • Weekly updates to clients on the transaction status 
  • Update CRM and Database
  • Work on and implement various projects 
  • Update social media channels 
  • Manage direct mail campaign 
  • Manage Brandon’s email 
  • Handle Brandon’s forwarded calls 
  • Respond to Brandon’s voice and text messages 
  • Book travel and events for Brandon 
  • Order client closing gifts 
  • Organize team events
  • Organize client events 

Qualifications

  • Arizona real estate license
  • Prior experience in real estate is desired but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of contract writing, BINSR negotiation, and the real estate sales cycle
  • Savvy with technology and a quick learner
  • Ability to work independently and within a close team environment
  • Accuracy and Consistency – With all tasks and communication
  • Sense of Urgency – Desire to get things done right now and exhibit leadership skills; understanding the importance of high-level decision making and working with a sense of urgency, while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
