The Sales Manager leads the administrative and sales side of this top real estate team by hiring, training, consulting, and keeping track of key metrics on both the administrative and sales sides of this business.

Responsibilities

  • Appreciate and implement other's ideas as well as implement your ideas as well. (Makes ideas a reality.)
  • Create systems/checklists, refine systems/checklists, follow the system/checklist, create efficient and scalable systems/checklists.
  • Hire real estate agents to our team. Manage the hiring system.
  • Provide a human resources type role - they are the link between an organization's owners and its team members.
  • Oversee the hiring, leadership, and development of the agents they bring on the team.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to get in communication with real estate agents.
  • Teach classes as part of training agents on our team or getting in communication with agents
  • Problem solver (members of the team will come to you with issues and it will be the manager's role to fix the issue and manage the team member's feelings about the issue).
  • Grow the brand.
  • Tech keeper - they understand all the technical applications the business uses and suggests new technology that will better customer experience or team member experience or overall time efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License
  • Real Estate Sales experience

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
