Knowledge of the Houston area and a willingness to learn and focus on the inner loop area is also a priority as well as an overall desire to continuously further your expertise and skills. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a desire to be successful, and be a full-time agent.

• Primary duties include, but aren't limited to - showings, hosting open houses, acting as an intermediary, follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of sales pipeline through the use of a CRM
• Learning all aspects of Real Estate and how to take care of clients on a regular basis.
• Assisting potential buyers and sellers while analyzing their needs and wants to interpret today's real estate market
• Generating business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence and engagement with your community
• Your goal is to grow relationships between your clients and your team!
