Large, established real estate team with locations in multiple states is looking for a "one of a kind" hire for a key position within the company!

Our Administrative Director must be passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. This individual will be assigned an array of tasks and responsibilities, and he/she must be solutions based! Such tasks include coaching/training sales agents, managing listing duties, marketing properties, assisting with the negotiation of contracts and inspection items, driving client communication and customer service, and white-boarding strategies for growth and opportunity creation.

The Ops Manager must desire the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals. It is the company's desire to make the Ops Manager a true partner of the Sales Team Leader and, upon achieving specific objectives, aim to create real estate team expansion opportunities in other Arizona cities.

As he/she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional listing team members to profitable results. Real Estate license required. A strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and the desire to get better each and every day are mandatory for this role.

The ideal candidate has experience in managing a large fast paced office environment and can approach this position with strong management and organizational skills, responsibility and commitment. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who enjoys working with people.

  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
  • Coordinate photos, signage, and marketing materials for all MLS listings
  • Marketing responsibilities include the creating and updating of marketing on Social Media platforms, MLS listing websites, brochures, videos and website design
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Document all of our systems and procedures
  • Work with the management team on issues and problems
  • Manage the administrative team while hiring, training, consulting, and holding them accountable
  • Oversee the entire process from contract to close
  • Act as a true partner of the Sales Manager and support her wherever necessary
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Strong communications skills are a must
  • Concerned about doing things the right way
  • Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages
  • Is able to multi-task and exhibits flexibility in the workspace
  • Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully
