Our Valley-wide business is growing quickly and we are looking for a skilled and licensed full-time Administrative Assistant / Marketing Manager. Duties will be primarily administrative in nature at our office located at the corner of 75th Ave. and Bell Rd.

This high-energy, detail-oriented, professional will be responsible for performing tasks to efficiently assist the principals and support the team by performing a variety of responsibilities with confidence.
- Update and monitor marketing and social media.
- Manage listing inventory, facilitate escrows/closings.
- Complete daily tasks and operations with a sense of urgency.
- Assist with showings, open houses/broker events.
- Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
- Schedule inspections, signings, appraisals, and service provider appointments.
- Administrative duties, to include answering the phone, and sending/receiving emails.
- You must have an active Arizona Real Estate License to apply.
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly.
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents.
- Flexible in daily routine; able to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
- Able to assess, prioritize and act quickly.
- Deadline driven and extremely organized.
- Proficient in time management.
- A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals.
- Polished with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Working knowledge of Arizona real estate transactional paperwork, procedures, and practices.
- Experience with ARMLS, Zipforms, DocuSign, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, SkySlope.
