Wellspace SF (soon to be The Connective) is currently seeking part and full-time licensed therapists (PhD, LFMT, LCSW) to provide ongoing individual, family, and/or relationship therapy services to our amazing clientele.

Our ideal candidate(s) are interested in working within a group practice model and also participating as an active member of a holistic, multidisciplinary team. They would much prefer to focus their time on providing excellent clinical work vs. dealing with the isolation and administrative aspects of working independently. They are fully licensed in the State of California, with at least one-three years of post-independent licensure experience.

Compensation: Fee-for-Service. General compensation range of $51K- $118K annually. Compensation is based on part vs. full-time, level of experience, training, and session offerings.

• Conduct new client consultations and intakes.
• Provide weekly individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and regularly monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as required, including all notes in the electronic medical record system.
• Follow all clinic protocols, participate in all required meetings, trainings, and clinical consultation.
• Perform administrative and marketing functions consistent with the needs of the practice.

HOURS + LOCATION

This position requires an initial 24 hour commitment per week with the opportunity to add additional hours (up to 40) if desired. Schedules are somewhat flexible, however, all practitioners must be open to working at least two evenings per week (until 8pm) during peak client demand. Our practitioner's are also required see clients in-person at our San Francisco location. Although some virtual shifts may be arranged, this is not a fully remote position. Please do not apply if you are unable, or unwilling, to commute to downtown San Francisco on a consistent basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current and valid license in the State of California (PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Minimum 1-3 years experience post-independent licensure providing evidenced-based therapy for teens, adults and/or couples.
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 office hours per week.
• Ability to work at least two evenings per week until 8pm.
• Availability to regularly participate in weekly Tuesday meetings, trainings and consultation groups (2-4pm)

PREFERENCES

• Training and experience in providing EMDR
• Training, experience and/or strong interest in working with couples, disordered eating, BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ populations.
