CW Psychological Services, LLC is looking for licensed clinicians to join our high-quality mental health outpatient team. Our private practice continues to grow and has an excellent reputation with our referral sources. We focus on marketing and fulfilling our clinicians' caseloads so you can focus on the clinical aspects of your job. Our staff receives an abundance of referrals to continue to keep their schedules full.

Licensed Professional Counselor who has a current PA License as an LPC.
We currently have free-for-service, W2 positions available with benefits available for FT staff that completes a min of 30 hours per week of billable service. Part-time staff is welcome to apply with a min of 15- 20 billable hours per week.
CW Psychological Services supports our clinicians in doing their best work by offering ongoing clinical supervision and assistance with continuing education training. We also offer in-house training and supervision surrounding evidence-based practices within some of our niches, such as trauma treatment through TF-CBT, and can provide additional training in working with the transgender community as we have a psychologist who is board certified and specializes in transgender care. Additional exposure to CBT and DBT techniques, Prolonged Exposure therapy, and other evidence-based interventions are available. We encourage and cultivate a culture of collaboration among clinicians to further enhance training and clinical skill set. Our office space is comfortable, and we have a relaxed dress code. Our clinicians find it rewarding to work with individuals, couples, and families who come to therapy motivated and invested in growth and committed to change.
