The LPN is a member of the medical team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs in a facility setting.

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses for contract positions.

12-hour shifts 7p-7a

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with activities and personal care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients

Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements.

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
