Property Management is looking for a licensed plumber who is able to tackle any plumbing challenge at any of our current rehab homes in the Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate will take pride in his work, accomplish tasks quickly, and communicate clearly throughout the job and upon job completion. 

Have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, show-up as promised and communications are critical to your success with our company.

Paid weekly with turned in invoices and photos.

Applicant must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.

• Licensure and able to pull required permits for major plumbing projects is a MUST
• Proof of liability insurance is a MUST
• Possess own tools necessary to complete a plumbing diagnosis and repair
• Must have a current drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a background check
