PAX Therapy values your work/life balance. We keep meetings to a minimum, and support at its maximum. The therapist's role at PAX is to see clients and enjoy your life outside of PAX. If you'd like to have more engagement, we also offer opportunities to be more involved. We want our therapists to feel a part of the team, but also know that they don't have to be if they don't want to be. A day at PAX may look like grabbing a coffee, setting up for in-person or telehealth sessions, wrapping up, and heading home. Therapists can also take advantage of supervisor office hours, leadership meetings and planning, and contribute to the growth and culture at PAX.
PAX Therapy And Family Services specializes in working with chronic complex trauma and problems related to interpersonal trauma. We are dedicated to providing survivors of sexual trauma the highest level of care. In addition, we specialize in the systems that often lead women and children to be vulnerable to these traumas including Narcissistic abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder, abuse, generational trauma, and neglect. PAX believes in transparency and a work culture aimed to reduce stress in all areas of your life. PAX is always moving forward to be an employer of choice for therapists- where we take care of you and yours as if yours were ours.
