PAX Therapy values your work/life balance. We keep meetings to a minimum, and support at its maximum. The therapist's role at PAX is to see clients and enjoy your life outside of PAX. If you'd like to have more engagement, we also offer opportunities to be more involved. We want our therapists to feel a part of the team, but also know that they don't have to be if they don't want to be. A day at PAX may look like grabbing a coffee, setting up for in-person or telehealth sessions, wrapping up, and heading home. Therapists can also take advantage of supervisor office hours, leadership meetings and planning, and contribute to the growth and culture at PAX.

Responsibilities

  • 25 clinical hours of productivity with 30 hours of available bookable time
  • Complete Diagnosis same day of the first session
  • Complete notes within 3 days of session
  • Complete assessment within 30 days
  • Write letters for court, DCFS, and collaborate openly with our partners
  • Attend supervision/consultation as needed for licensed clinicians
  • Occasionally develop and collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, policies, procedures, etc.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a fully licensed mental health professional from the following disciplines: LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologists
  • Applicants must have at least 6 months of post-licensure experience
  • We use several google based applications in addition to an EHR, we require enough knowledge of technology in order to navigate the programs and applications
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary
  • Motivation and passion for therapy
  • Vision and ideas for growth and expansion

Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
