We are seeking experienced, licensed mental health professionals to join our team at Neurofeedback Therapeutic Solutions, LLC. As an LPC, LCSW, or Resident in Counseling, you will provide top-notch mental health therapy services for clients and ensure their safety and comfort throughout their therapeutic sessions. You will be responsible for assessing the client’s needs, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring progress. You will also be able to collaborate with other professionals to create the best outcomes for our clients. We have two offices located in Manasses, VA, and Alexandria, VA. We are hiring for both.

This is a hybrid position.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy for clients with various mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and as mandated by the relevant ethics and practice codes
- Maintain accurate records and document client progress in the corresponding medical systems
- Ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care in a confidential and safe environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Licensed Professional Counselor or social worker
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Proven experience in providing mental health counseling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish a solid therapeutic relationship with clients
