Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Florida, having a commitment to social and racial justice, and having a desire to influence change in the world.

This is a W2 position, so you don't have to worry about quarterly taxes, marketing, and office space expenses. We offer a hybrid in-office and remote working model, as well as flexible scheduling.

• Evaluate client circumstances, provide individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to connect with and retain clients, including kids and teens, couples and families
• Ability to provide services via telehealth in a private and secure setting
• Ability to travel to our office to meet with client's at least two days per week
• Timeliness, commitment to ethical practice and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to inclusivity, social and racial justice and insight into how these issues relate to our work

• Licensure in the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist required. At this time we are not accepting applications from registered interns
• Have at least 2 years experience post-licensure
• Preference given to those who have an active CAQH profile, NPI and/or PTAN number
• Have experience with EHRs (we use Simple Practice)
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills
