• Document patient treatment through the electronic medical records system
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to adults and/or couples
• Develop treatment plans that outline the patient's treatment goals and objectives
• Demonstrate good ethical judgment

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Licensed independently in the state of Ohio is required (LPCC, IMFT, LISW)
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or couples via telehealth
• Training in one of the following areas: Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, DBT, Gottman Method for Couples, EFT for Couples

Healing Without Limits Counseling and Consulting (HWLCC) is a virtual private practice that provides counseling and consulting services in the state of Ohio, with the primary location in Columbus. HWLCC is focused on providing high-quality counseling services to the communities in the state of Ohio and providing consulting services to enhance the mental health system, and develop mental health programs for non-orthodox spaces such as workplaces. HWLCC is centered around providing a supportive environment for therapists to grow and evolve in their careers. HWLCC is a unique private practice because it hires licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy but there is also an opportunity to provide consulting services, if interested.
