Seeking A Licensed Listing Sales Agent - For the Philadelphia and Main Line Real Estate Markets.

Q & U Real Estate Team is looking for a Licensed Listing Agent with previous knowledge and experience of the selling process. The ideal candidate for this position has keen communication skills, is not afraid to ask for the business, and backs their persuasiveness with the top-notch market knowledge and customer service. This candidate will also have a current in-depth understanding of market conditions, which will assist in obtaining listings. The potential candidate will also have a greater understanding of the Philadelphia area at large.

Responsibilities

  • Market and stage homes listed to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
  • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration
  • Complete VIP buyer/listing "paperwork" electronically and submit it to your admin
  • Show buyer properties
  • Communicate with sellers weekly
  • Submit offers weighted in the buyer’s/seller's favor
  • Negotiate/submit offers to sellers
  • Negotiate the best price and terms
  • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
  • Review CD with buyer/seller client
  • Attend closing and repeat

Qualifications

  • Currently licensed in real estate
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself daily
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
  • Must have a current driver's license
  • Passionate about selling real estate
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
  • Familiar with Philadelphia and Main Line areas
  • Be coachable
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Goal-driven individual with self-awareness

Compensation
$75,000+ at plan yearly
