As a Licensed Insurance Service Specialist with ownership insurance, you work as an influential member of a national team, dedicated to educating the customer, providing best-in-class insurance consultations, and following up on all of your commitments. The ideal candidate will have property and casualty insurance and customer service experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of following detailed processes to provide solutions in the insurance industry. You do not have to provide your own leads, and the incoming leads you will be working with are most often already shopping for homes. We do not use cold internet leads!
The Service Specialist position will focus on servicing existing insurance policies but must be flexible enough to jump in and write policies for new customers as well.
We will hire a junior, regular, or senior level Service Specialist based on years of experience and demonstrated knowledge by the applicants. We are open to hiring at any of these three levels, should the right person apply!
This position is a 100% remote position. This position is paid hourly, and employees are permitted to work overtime, as approved by their manager. Employees also receive commissions on their written policies. Additional benefits include health insurance (covered 100% for the employee!), dental and vision, 401k, and Paid Time Off.
