Responsibilities
  • Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction
  • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
  • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
  • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
  • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles

  • Deliver the best client-focused solutions and create long-lasting relationships, maintaining excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Work with computers and retain organization of transactions, sales and relative records
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field
  • Assist with the completion of applications and other necessary paperwork

Qualifications
  • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Job seekers must have an insurance license
  • Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus
  • Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations

  • Must be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in an Independent, Remote role

Compensation
$125,000 - $160,000 yearly
