Executive Insurance is growing! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will network with our team of Real Estate agents and Mortgage Specialists in our organization building strong cross-functional relationships to capitalize on home sales and purchases, including automobile insurance, in combination with developing external lead sources to identify prospective clients outside of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles

  • Develop leads through networking and other lead sources
  • Seek out new clients using various marketing methods and social media tools
  • Develop marketing strategies to gain interest from prospective insurance buyers
  • Ability to make compelling sales presentations that resonate and connect with clients and result in a closing ratio of 33%
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify client’s coverage needs and to account for those needs in the policy that is offered
  • Follow processes and procedures
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services and learn new skills
  • Meet sales, revenue, and profitability goals established for the agency
  • Deliver presentations at periodic company seminars, new agent onboarding sessions, and annual company events

Qualifications

  • North Carolina Property and Casualty License
  • Prior insurance sales experience
  • Familiarity with agency management and sales tracking systems and platforms
  • Entrepreneurial approach to the growing book of business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Willingness to learn, be coachable, intuitive, and resourceful

Compensation
$40,000 - $65,000
