Looking for a seasoned insurance professional who wants to help lead and grow our Agency. We are seeking an exceptional individual with proven discipline, drive, and commitment to grow with our team into a leadership position. The primary roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Help lead, manage, and motivate the office.
• Help set and achieve sales goals and provide feedback to the owner.
• Help train new staff as needed.
• Measure and report weekly activity: contacts, insurance expiration dates, appointments, etc.
• Organize, manage, and update CRM.
• Consult, quote, propose, advise on, and close insurance policies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where technology plays a major role in day-to-day operations.
• Help improve the sales process for the Agency.

This is an in house position from 9am to 5pm every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
