Flexible work from home options available

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Adhering to strict FCC rules, please don’t apply if you have any charges related to theft, violence, drugs within the past seven years, or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules
• Must pass a criminal and financial background check
• You will need to have your P&C plus the L&H
• Verify at least $50,000 in liquid assets. If the $50,000 is an issue, we have another way in, it will just take a little longer
