Summary:

Flex program is a startup opportunity for individuals who have a desire to be their own boss and build their own business but needs help doing so. Farmers offer 3 years of financial support and bonuses to help businesses grow and help set them up for success.

Qualifications

Requirements of Insurance Agent - Insurance Sales Manager (Flex Position):

As an Insurance Agent, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. We are seeking individuals from any background who are willing to work hard and commit themselves to the success of this business opportunity; however, experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service is very beneficial.

Requirements for the Agency Owner:

  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, following-thru, and following-up
  • Confident, self-starter who works well within a team and independently
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal and Credit Background Check
