New York Life Insurance Company and our Melville office is currently seeking agents and managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. As a Licensed agent or manager at New York Life, you will be provided with comprehensive professional and management training, competitive benefits, pension plan, and significant income and career growth opportunities. Selected individuals will be eligible to join our Associate Partner or Fast Track Partner program where you will be provided 6 months of training, priming you to become a Partner of the firm.   • Advise clients and new agents on protection strategies and other financial decisions
  • Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
  • Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products
  • Network and build relationships with new client base
  • Work closely with your manager to identify and recruit talented individuals
  • Manage new agents and help them reach their personal and company goals
  • Conduct and lead training classes for new agents


  • Life and Health License required; Series 6 License preferred but we will sponsor
  • Previous experience in Financial Services industry and Sales
  • Track record of success in Financial Services
