New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking agents and managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. As a Licensed agent at New York Life, you will be provided with comprehensive professional training, competitive benefits, pension plan, and significant income and career growth potential. Selected individuals will be eligible to join our Associate Partner or Fast Track Partner program where you will be provided 6 months of training priming you to become a Partner of the firm.


  • Advise clients on protection strategies and other financial decisions
  • Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
  • Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products
  • Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
  • Work closely with your manager to identify and recruit talented individuals


  • Life and Health License required
  • Series 6 or 7 License preferred
  • Previous experience in Financial Services industry
