As a Financial Advisor with SFG a MassMutual Greater Houston partner, you will work directly with individuals, business clients, and families to help them navigate through and secure their financial future. You will have access to a host of tools, resources, and training to develop and continually improve your skill set.
- Seeking Candidates that are self-starters, coachable, and have an enterprising mindset
- Meet pre-determined production goals as outlined in the interview process
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations in the first 4 months. Life Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66
- Develops client pipeline by prospecting, networking, engaging in community initiatives, centers of influence, and developing niches
- Learn specific software related to lines of business such as eMoney and Rightcapital
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal partners and teammates

Responsibilities
- Establish networks and cultivate referrals
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide financial solutions through fact gathering and needs analyses
- Broaden and deepen your skill set through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates
Qualifications
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65
- 2+ years of sales skills preferred
- Enterprising mindset and willingness to work with a team
Compensation
$100,000 - $140,000 yearly
