We're looking for a therapist passionate about working with kids and families. This is a full-time position with a brand new dedicated playroom for your use. • Providing mental health services to children (10 and under) and families who are stressed and overwhelmed.
• Seeing clients at least 3 evenings per week, until 7 pm to provide afterschool hours when kids are available for treatment.
• Scheduling recurrent or future sessions with your clients in session.
• Documenting progress within 24 hours and collaborating with other treating providers.
• Creating a treatment plan with clear, measurable goals to give clients a roadmap of your work together.
• Actively participating in the team environment: Weekly meetings, social gatherings, training sessions and other opportunities to connect and learn
• Checking emails and phone messages every workday and responding promptly.

The ideal candidate is a registered play therapist (RPT) or has at least 1-2 years of play therapy experience with children under 10. We highly prefer independently licensed clinicians. We are seeking candidates who are energetic, playful, creative, and personable. Additional trainings in specific techniques such as PCIT, PMT, art therapy, or EMDR is a plus.
