We handle much of the heavy lifting of prospecting for you. To be specific, we have an Inside Sales team that schedules appointments for you so you spend most of your time focusing on what you do best - selling.
In addition, you will also have leads you create from Open Houses and from you sphere of influence
Our agents spend most of their time doing what they love (converting leads, selling and making money) and less of what they don't like (handling time-consuming paperwork and wondering where their next client is coming from)
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
- Interact with both internal and external clients
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
- Follow-up on all leads in a timely manner
- You are driven, love to learn and are teachable
- You work in a self-directed manner well and are also a good team player
- Passionate about selling
- Provide outstanding client experiences
- Enthused by an open-ended compensation plan
- Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license
$85,000 at plan - commission (no ceiling on income)
