We are looking to expand our remote Legal Support team in Mexico. The Legal Support’s primary responsibility is to support the Austin in-office legal team and billing departments by inputting data into our case management systems. They may handle a variety of projects to better support the team and assist where needed, as delegated by Operations when it comes to data implementation. 

• Work closely with and provide administrative support to Paralegals
• Enter key data points from confidential documents (passports, SSNs, visas, I-94s)
• Perform audits of billing activities within matters for case closures
• Catalog data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
• Maintain and update the data entry of matters into Clio custom fields, as necessary
• Internal audits of various visa matters, their completion status, necessary billing, and proper document representation, as well as storing
• Updating records and retrieving data in the digital filing system 
• Additional projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree required 
• Advanced English communication (both written and oral) is required 
• This position will work remotely and between departments, so strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and leadership skills are necessary to be successful 
• Experience with billing and/or bookkeeping is preferred 
• Experience with case management software, particularly data tracking and reporting is preferred
• STRONG attention to detail
• Knowledge of the legal or immigration industries is an asset
