Salesperson to Help Veterans Get the Entitlements They Earned and Deserve
If you truly want to help U.S. military veterans find a solution to their problems and can approach conversations with maturity and sensitivity, then this position can be highly rewarding to you personally, professionally, and financially.
Potential clients reach out to us for help with complex problems and we believe that we have an obligation to help them find a solution. Most of the time, our solutions just happen to be in the form of providing legal services. We will never ask you to sell anything to anyone if we don’t believe it is in their best interest. So, if you think that “sales” is something you do to someone and not for them then please don’t apply. You must be able to speak comfortably about the value we bring in winning their case and the fees we collect in doing so.
We are looking for a results-oriented team player. The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day.
While we strongly support personal and professional development, we do not have the time to teach you the importance of following up with someone when you say you will, how to use technology or overcome your fears of having a sales conversation. However, we will provide you with all the training you need to best help our clients.
Real-life experience and a few “battle scars” providing empathy and understanding are assets. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
Our salesperson doesn’t give legal advice so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is required because we can teach you how a case moves through the system but we can’t teach you how to care about someone going through a difficult situation or the importance of following up.
We are BIG believers in the value of a team. If you prefer to be a “lone wolf" then this job is not for you. We collaborate and support each other.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with fire and ambition, not excuse-making “clock-watchers”.
Compensation will include a base salary of between $45,000 and $55,000 annually plus a quarterly performance-based incentive. Total first-year compensation at goal is estimated at $80,000.
