INTAKE SPECIALIST (FASTING GROWING LAW FIRM)
The intake specialist gathers information from potential clients by phone, website, text, and email. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, as this position requires answering and making phone calls as the primary function. Attention to detail, reliability, and a compassionate approach are a must.
Previous legal experience is NOT required, but experience in SALES would be beneficial to your position. The firm is looking for an individual with a strong desire to help our clients and a willingness to go the extra mile to succeed. We are looking for a person who is comfortable using computers and technology in a fast-paced environment.

The intake specialist is the face of the law firm. So your position and role is the most important role at the firm. Without you, the firm will not be able to move forward with helping potential clients resolve their family law issues. As the intake specialist, you are responsible for the intake of information including communication to the case manager at the firm. You will be responsible for properly scheduling clients on the firm’s calendar and sending each client payment links for their consultation fee.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
One-Hour unpaid lunch
$14.00 - $16.00
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
